We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee accounting operations, review financial outputs, and lead a team of associates delivering accurate, timely client reporting. This role is ideal for a CPA with strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a drive to build meaningful results through structured financial processes.
As an Accounting Supervisor, you will manage a portfolio of clients, guide junior staff, and ensure high-quality accounting compliance in line with Philippine regulations and firm standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations
- Review journal entries, reports, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings
- Oversee client tax compliance and reporting
- Guide and support accounting associates
Must Have
- Licensed CPA
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of PH accounting and tax standards
- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication
Nice to have
- Experience in handling multiple client accounts
- Background in outsourced accounting or shared services
- Familiarity with accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP)
- Exposure to audit-ready or SEC-reporting companies
- Process improvement or documentation experience
